So, the antlers fell off...

Some weird guy wanted them as a mantle piece and he paid me a good amount for them, so there's that.

Anyway...do, um, things like that happen around here a lot? Because more than a few of you seemed...used to it. I...don't know if I could take another something like that...at all.

I guess now I have to finish training for the gym. Piers'll get mad if I don't and I really don't have a reason to put it off anymore....

These disturbances are regular enough, though thankfully not weekly or even monthly. You'll become used to them after a year or two.

That's something I've been asking myself...at this point, I think it's easier to just try to deal with things as they come instead of hoping they don't happen.

If you could truly label such an occurrence as a mere thing, then yes, things happen. Though they are mercifully infrequent.

You had antlers, Wirt? That must have been embarrassing. (She has seen some odd things, so maybe antlers are only one oddity amongst many?) Did it hurt to remove them?

It's not usually that crazy, if it makes you feel better. Physical changes like that've only happened once before, and same with experiments showing up...

...Ahh, though, that's probably gonna happen again soon, isn't it.

Just every few months.
