So, the antlers fell off...

Some weird guy wanted them as a mantle piece and he paid me a good amount for them, so there's that.

Anyway...do, um, things like that happen around here a lot? Because more than a few of you seemed...used to it. I...don't know if I could take another something like that...at all.

I guess now I have to finish training for the gym. Piers'll get mad if I don't and I really don't have a reason to put it off anymore....

At least the holidays for this world and new years are coming up. Nice things usually happen then. Last year, everyone was invited to a party in a different region no one knew about before.

What's Thanksgiving? I know about Christmas since being here, but I've never heard of Thanksgiving before.

Mostly. There's a story about the country's founding, but honestly, it leaves out all the genocide.

It's not, really. Most people gloss over it.

That seems so strange. Back in the city where I lived, a lot of our city was forgotten, but I don't think anyone ever just glossed over it like that.
